SERVICES
Our aim is to empower clients to become the best version of themselves by partnering with them and applying evidence-based, holistic strategies to help identify and addressing any underlying barriers to positive well-being.
Kate's experience encompasses work with families, adolescents, adults and children.
Her ability to connect with people and allow space for their exploration is an important part of the way she works.
Many people begin therapy with a diagnosis or a preconception of what therapy may be. Some people find it difficult to connect with a therapist for a multitude of reasons.
Kate believes that respect and working together are key components of the therapeutic process.
"Everyone is unique and whilst diagnoses and exploration of symptoms may help increase the understanding of what may be happening, it's important to be treated and considered as a whole with a number of parts and experiences that make us who we are". Kate Dunmore, 2021.
